Bruce Tate is an author, kayaker, mountain biker, and father of two from Austin, Texas. He is the president and founder of RapidRed, a consultancy that uses and teaches Ruby every day. His books include From Java to Ruby, Beyond Java, Deploying Rails Applications, and Rails: Up and Running.

講演概要

In this talk, Bruce Tate will focus on rapidly building excellent software with small teams. You can use these techniques to build effective teams that communicate well and deliver good software under budget. We will learn good practices for testing, communication, and career growth.
